Pool & Hot Tub 3pm - 9pm
Continental Breakfast is served 7am to 9am.
Guests arriving after 11pm, in need of assistance, please call our on-call phone at 970-379-2691, this number is also posted next to the front door.
PARKING
The Pokolodi Lodge does not have a private parking area for guests. All parking in Snowmass Village is Public Parking, requiring a parking permit. Guests may park in the numbered lots across the street from the hotel (Lots 1-5) with the exclusion of Lot 6 which is timed parking only. The cost for parking in Lots 1-5 is $25 per 7 days and can be purchased through the Pokolodi front desk. This rate cannot be prorated. There are no assigned parking spaces therefore all guest parking is first come first serve. The Pokolodi Lodge is not responsible for any parking citations or damage or theft to vehicles contained within these lots.

WINTER DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
- 50% of total reservation due at time of booking.
- Balance due thirty (30) days prior to arrival
- If cancellation is received (30) days or more prior to arrival, refund less $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than thirty (30) days notification; full forfeiture, unless space is re-rented, then $50 cancellation fee applies.
- Guests may change dates up to 30 days prior to arrival with no penalty. If guest change or shorten amount of days reserved inside thirty (30) days, forfeiture unless space is re-rented.
- Minimum night stay requirements may be enforced at time of booking or any date changes.
- Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. No refunds will be given for unused days resulting from late arrival or early departure.
SUMMER DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
- 1 night of reservation due at time of booking.
- Balance due seven (7) days prior to arrival
- If cancellation is received (7) days or more prior to arrival, refund less $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than seven (7) days notification; full forfeiture, unless space is re-rented, then $25 cancellation fee applies.
